One of the most important voices in support of coal’s role in electrifying the world, Alex Epstein, director of the Center for Industrial Progress, a for-profit think tank he founded in 2011, is the headliner at The Coal Institute Summer Trade Seminar. This year’s event, an industry must-attend, is scheduled for July 12 – 14, 2015 at the Embassy Suites – Kingston Planation Myrtle Beach, SC   (843) 449-0006.

 

Mark your calendars now and make your reservations,this is one meeting you do not want to miss!  As the 2015 STS educational presenter, Alex will share with attendees his mission to “inspire Americans to embrace industrial progress as a cultural ideal.” Alex is also the author of a popular pro-energy book titled “The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels.” The book is being distributed to schools and libraries throughout the US and is a critical counterargument to those who would diminish coal’s role in lifting people from global poverty.
